We now know why the President and the Democrats are crying "No Boots on the Ground!  No Boots on the Ground!" . . .  Iraq told the US they were NOT wanted and NOT needed.  It has nothing to do with Obama's legacy of being a "Peace-Time" President.

We got out of Iraq because Iraq kicked us out.  No boots will be on the ground in Iraq because Iraq wont allow it.
