California DCFS has taken the law into teir own hands and are terrorizing our nation's families. Injustice, does NOT do this case justice. This is pure, unadulterated evil . . . PERIOD!

After the baby was born, the baby tested negative for all drugs but was removed from the parents custody based on an anonymous tip from a nurse.
The state of California has made it legal for doctors to prescribe medical marijuana, but that doesn't stop California's DCFS. They removed the baby from the parents custody and immediately put the boy into foster care. Already, couples are inquiring when the baby can be put for adoption.
There has been no court case, no criminal charges filed and no proceedings whatsoever, yet, her baby is held in captivity waiting to be adopted so the state can collect their money.
The question becomes, how can DCFS punish an entire family for a mother who did nothing but take the prescriptions she was given by her physician? Is DCFS above the law?
