Carlotte Riots: Are They Designed & Planned? - What Is The Motive Behind Them?

I can't help ut think that these riots are designed and executed for a reason.  What is that reason? . . . We will discuss that tonight.

I, myself, am NOT happy with anyone right now regarding these riots.  The Public, The Police and the media!  Te police for lack of transparency at the beginning, the media for their lack of reporting and the publics lack of self control.
