Joe and Tom sit down with Columbia University Faculty member Len Elmore to discuss the recent news of the California Bill paving the way for collegiate student-athletes to be paid.  Professor Elmore's enlightened view on the topic mixes both his law background, Harvard Law, and his playing days at the University of Maryland.
