352: Shripal Shah Talks Business Intelligence and AI Developments

Tom and Joe welcome Shripal Shah, Chief Digital Officer at Shop Your Way, and lecturer at Georgetown School of Continuing Studies. Shripal speaks about his career journey, and his time with the Washington Redskins/Commanders. He also speaks about business intelligence, the intentions of AI and the potential problems with AI.
