Autism Awareness

On today's show, we discuss Autism Awareness with Jessica Leichtweisz. If you are like many of Jessica's clients, you have spent many long hours agonizing over the wellbeing of your child and frankly … the overall health of your family. A study done at University of Wisconsin found that parents of autistic children are 10% more likely go get divorced. Other studies cite even higher numbers. Let’s face it — you love your child and at times, you either want to cry, pull your hair out or scream into your pillow. Like other parents, you have probably spent countless dollars on occupational therapists, speech therapists, counselors and more. At times you have seen progress, and at other times, you may be feeling like you are backsliding.
