Good morning, today on The Meter we will debate the looming government shutdown over the funding for The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). As the deadline approaches at midnight September 30 the GOP House passed a resolution delaying the implementation of the bill for one  year. President Obama has proclaimed that he will accept no bill that defunds his hallmark legislation. Also, we will cover the bill itself.
