Good morning, today on The Meter we will cover the capture of the pipe bomb sender in Florida. Numerous devices were sent to prominent democrats this week prompting an investigation by the FBI. None of the bombs were capable of detonation and federal authorities says the packages were intended to create fear. President Trump announced the suspect Cesar Sayoc was nabbed during a meeting with young black entrepreneurs. Other suspects are being sought. On Saturday, a gunman opened fire inside a Synagogue in Pittsburgh killing 9 and wounding multiple more including 4 police officers. The suspect Robert Bowers, purportedly screamed “all Jews must die” during the rampage. Also, he had made other anti-Semitic comments, including that Jews are the enemy of white people and also against the Trumps. Is political rhetoric to blame and is this the America that we are now going to have to live in? A caravan of migrants continues toward the US as President Trump sharpens his tone against entry.
