Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi hinted that President Trump wouldn’t be welcome to deliver the State of the Union Address in the House chamber next month citing safety concerns due to the shutdown. The Secret Service and Department of Homeland Security disputed the claim. The President responded to Pelosi’s antics by grounding the fight that was to take her and congressional democrats overseas, saying Pelosi needs to be in Washington. Was Trump justified? In the forever ongoing Russia investigation, Buzz Feed reported that Michael Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer, was ordered by Trump to lie to Congress.
