Good morning, today on The Meter, we will discuss the exoneration of Gen. Michael Flynn. Flynn was briefly the National Security Advisor but was forced to resign in the light of an investigation where he was accused of not disclosing documents of his business dealings abroad. Flynn pleaded guilty to willfully and knowingly making false, fictitious, and fraudulent statements to the FBI regarding conversations with Russia's ambassador. General Flynn as long since said he did nothing wrong and accepted the plea bargain to avoid a possible indictment of his son. Flynn later recanted his guilty plea as evidence began to surface that he was possibly illegally spied on by the outgoing Obama administration during the 2016 campaign and Trump transition. Documents now confirm that special counsel Robert Mueller didn't have the necessary evidence to place surveillance on the 3 Star General. Democrats were in panicked outrage over the Department of Justice's decision as investigations may expand. Was Gen. Michael Flynn's Constitutional rights violated? Also, a disturbing video of a Black man gunned down while jogging in Brunswick, GA. Ahmaud Arbery was cut off by a truck and then confronted and shot and killed with a shotgun. Two White men, a father and son Gregory McMichael Travis McMichael have been charged with murder in the death of Arbery. The two claim that Arbery matched the description of a suspect wanted for several burglaries in the neighborhood. Large protests and marches of support for the victim were conducted in the slain man's hometown. Is it dangerous to be Black in America. Joe Biden is continuing to be scrutinized for an alleged sexual assault that occurred in the 1990's. Most Democrats and liberal pundits have publicly expressed their support of Biden while Bill Maher said the rape allegation is nothing compared to defeating President Trump.
