Good morning, today on The Meter we will cover the chaos in Washington, DC on Wednesday as supporters of President Trump sacked the Capital Building during a demonstration against the certification of the election of Joe Biden. The Capital Building lacked even basic security as protesters marched into the halls of Congress unopposed, occupying Speaker Pelosi's office, sitting in the presiding officer's chair, Vice-president Mike Pence, and sending the joint session of Congress into the bunker wearing gas masks. Condemnation was swift and bipartisan and of course, President Trump was blamed for incitement. Is the President responsible for the incident? Also, the Democrats will hold the majority in the US Senate after a stunning sweep in Georgia. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff won the seats with tremendous turnout in Fulton and Dekalb County, as Rural Georgia lagged. Will the Democrats push forward with their proposed radical agenda? Censorship is now on the rise as Twitter permanently bans President Trump as other social medias also took similar action. Big Tech seems all for banning free speech. How will this effect the obviously severely divided American people. Please join the discussion at 10:00 AM. The call-in number is 347-308-8933. Your input is essential!
