In domestic news, Jesse Smolette was sentenced to 150 days in jail after being convicted for a hate crime hoax that involved 2 Nigerian men he hired to fake an assault on him by Trump supporters. Is the light sentence proof of a double standard especially with the harsh jail terms handed to Trump supporters of the January 6th protest? Also, last night in South Carolina Donald Trump held a rally where he pointed out the misery of the Biden Administration. Tens of Thousands attended the event. Is this a precursor for Trump 2024?
