Good morning, today on The Meter, we will cover the revelations about the January 6th Capital riot. Democrats have longed said the incident was an insurrection incited by Donald Trump, but now thanks to the investigative work of Fox News host, Tucker Carlson, an entirely new light has been shed on that day. Video footage shows Captial Police officers showing so-called "rioters" around like it was a guided tour. The select committee also suppressed evidence and handpicked witnesses to testify before Congress to justify their version of events. Many of the demonstrators are still imprisoned and former President Trump has praised Tucker Carlson's work and is saying that the charges be politically motivated and they should be released.  Has Trump vindicated and will this help his 2024 campaign? Also, Joe Biden has released his budget, all 6.8 Trillion dollars of it that includes billions for gender identity, green energy, climate science, African and democrat transition, and free community college. The stock market dropped more than 1500 points this week in spite of a fair jobs report as inflation continues to impact Americans. How will this affect Biden's 2024 chances? Also, the border crisis continues to worsen as Fentanyl overdose deaths are spiking and Americans are being abducted in border towns. In the past week 2 incidents has left 2 Americans dead and several abducted as the cartels are in control of the Mexican side of the boundary.
