Eric’s passion lies with helping people use real estate as an investment vehicle to fund their goals and dreams. He is a published author and former real estate and finance instructor (10 years) with the local real estate school and junior college.

He currently resides in Kingwood, Texas with his wife and 2 younger children (Eric Jr. & Zachary). They also have 2 children away from home (Michelle & Jeffrey).
