Alessandra graduated in Fine Arts at Middlesex University (London, UK) with a focus on Performance and Video Art. Her collaborative video works and still photography have been featured in the NEW CONTEMPORARIES SHOW at the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London. During her time in the UK, Alessandra also attended a school of acting based on the method of Uta Hagen and she has both performed and directed independent theater shows based on this acting technique. She is now based in California where she acquired production skills working on TV commercials and advertising for several years. She has been a founder member of PAVLOV, a boutique commercial production company backed by Sony Pictures Imageworks and the first to be operating within a ‘studio’ complex and culture. At PAVLOV Alessandra produced commercials for some of the most recognizable consumer brands in the world including; Kellogg’s, Mc Donalds, Nabisco, Chrysler, Range Rover,and many more.

In recent years Alessandra has independently managed a wide range of diverse projects at varying stages of development and completion. Some of her clients have included, Oliver Stone, Leonardo Di Caprio, Wayne Wang, the USC Dept of Architecture, Suzanne Kiley, Ashes and Snow, Klaus Kinski, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Matthew Rolston, CBS, ABC and Disney. 

Currently Alessandra is a freelance producer and filmmaker, dedicated to content development, ‘on the ground’ production and filming for various clients. She is a regular contributor to ELEMENTAL, a production company committed to exploring and making documentaries on the effects of globalization on culture and health in developing countries. Alessandra is also devoted to development and production of her own fiction and documentary projects.
