Gun Control Does Not Equal School Safety

In the name of school safety, the left wants to take guns away from people who had nothing to do with shooting-up a school. The right wants to arm more people and train them to be more tactical. The problem is that there is very little conversation going on, just a lot of arguing and virtue signaling. Let's start at the simplest part of this discussion, gun control and school safety are two different topics and while gun restrictions might be considered a part of a safety plan if you focus on guns alone then you're never going to get to a solution for really making schools safer.
