Today I had the Sunday Afternoon Conversation with Ron Edwards where we discussed PayPal walking back a shocking new policy announcement that users who advance “misinformation” could face fines of $2,500 per offense, saying it was all a mistake after the news got out this past Friday; the Delaware Supreme Court blocking the state’s mail-in voting and same-day registration laws passed by the Democrat-controlled state legislature and Democratic Governor John Carney earlier this year in violation of the state constitution; and more (Wait to you hear what he said about Hurrican Ian.) I also discussed California Governor Gavin Newsom's calling for a special session of the state legislature to impose yet another tax on oil and gas companies, and Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin's defense of the parents’ rights policy he instituted in his state.
