Jack Smith has filed another indictment against Donald Trump over his alleged efforts to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election. The new indictment keeps the prior criminal charges but narrows and reframes the allegations against the Republican presidential nominee. John O'Connor, former Assistant U.S. Attorney in Northern California, joined me to discuss the issue.
