Why is state and local government immune from investigation?
Who determines the mental health status of a killer?
This individual:
Shot his grandmother.
Wrecked his car.
Ran into the school.
Barracaded himself in a classroom and began executing children and teachers.
Eventually nuetralized by police.
Why was he with his grandmother?
Where are his parents?
He allegedly put out social media posts before the deed, why haven't FB, Instagram, Twitter found a way to target words and phrases similar to the ones that land most of us in FB Jail?
