Happy Friday!

This evening, Friday, September 11, 2015 my focus will be, as it should, on the fact that today is the 14th anniversary of the worst terror attack ever carried out on U.S. soil since the founding of our great nation.

We will consider what our government has done and has not done to prevent future terror attacks. We will start by considering the contents of my recent analysis for the Summer Edition of The Social Contract that I gave the title, “The 9/11 Commission Report and Immigration: An Assessment, Fourteen Years after the Attacks.”

The significance of this is made all the more pressing given the administration announced plans to admit tens of thousands of refugees from Syria as the power vacuum created by the administration's foreign policy decisions and draw down of our military are having in that part of the world that is now impacting the region, Israel and countries in Europe as well as the United States.

Also, there is some good news to report. On September 8, 2015 FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Arizona's Immigration Law Survives- A just and commonsense court decision.”
I worked with the law firm that Arizona Governor Jan Brewer retained to defend her, her state and the Arizona Immigration Law, SB 1070 against the lawsuit filed by the U.S. Department of Justice. A federal judge upheld the authority of police officers in Arizona from inquiring about the immigration status of suspected illegal aliens they encounter as a result of executing their lawful duties.

Please make certain to get involved in holding our elected official accountable- Democracy is not a spectator sport!
