On April 18, 2016 the US Supreme Court heard arguments pertaining to the lawsuit filed by multiple states over the Obama administration's DAPA program- implemented on a whim by executive order.
On April 19, 2016 the House Subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security conducted a hearing on the topic, “The Real Victims of a Reckless and Lawless Immigration Policy: Families and Survivors Speak Out on the Real Cost of This Administration’s Policies.” I urge you to watch the entire video of that important hearing. Tonight we will consider some of the astonishing facts revealed at that hearing and also consider the Obama administration's contempt for our immigration laws and, consequently the lives and well-being of Americans.

Our immigration laws are fundamental and eminently fair. Those laws make no distinction about race, religion or ethnicity and were originally enacted to protect innocent lives and the jobs of Americans.
