Happy Friday!
Immigration is a factor in the threats and challenges America and Americans face today. While so much attention has been devoted to the issue of securing the US/Mexican border- a border that must be made secure, there are many other components to the immigration system that must be effectively addressed.
The loss of Egyptair Flight 804 as it approached Egypt yesterday has, once again pushed the threat of terrorism to the forefront of news reports. While there is no official explanation of what caused the Airbus 320 to plummet out of the sky from 37,000 feet, speculation points to the likelihood of terrorism.
Meanwhile today, Frontpage Magazine published my article, “John Kerry: Enthusiastic Proponent of a 'Borderless World'-How the Secretary of State's globalist agenda renders him unfit for his job.” As I noted in my article, the State Dept. has serious border security responsibilities yet Kerry, who heads up that agency insists that it is impossible to build walls (secure our borders) and unwise to even attempt. You have to wonder if Kerry ever read the 9/11 Commission Report.
There is nothing “compassionate” about leaving our borders unsecured and not enforcing our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States. Our borders and immigration laws are our first and last defense against transnational criminals and international terrorists.
