This past week, three judges on the Federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals refused to overturn the injunction against the Trump Administration’s temporary exclusion of aliens from 7 countries that had been originally identified by the Obama Administration as being involved in terrorism.
Remarkably the media has identified those countries as being “Muslim Minority” while ignoring that the temporary travel restriction was based on the threats their citizens pose to U.S. national security.
I will share some of my thoughts about this case.
