Dealing with the captivity and its upcoming warning of judgment on Judah now finished, the Prophet Isaiah moves to the deliverance. Standing in the way is a heathen idolatrous Babylon along with other heathen countries. The mercy and the covenant join hands as the Lord God moves forward by calling the end from the beginning. He is a Just God and full of mercy and of judgment. The time for Judah in captivity will close and the promises here assure them of His watching over them, even in that captivity.

I have Chosen a #righteous man from the east. He is the one in whom the #LORD has brought to the forefront. The goal is to foment judgment on the heathen nations, their gods, and to deliver #Judah from #Captivity. In #Babylon #God has blessed and raised up #Daniel among other Jews who come to the forefront. In Captivity the Jews we see in Daniel's record are keeping their #faith and eye on the Lord. The time of #deliverance from Babylon approaches.

Here Isaiah is #prophesying of that time of deliverance. In the midst are the heathen, large armies, national power, and their idols. Can they stop the prophecy and the one behind all things? The #Governor of the #nation's stands here as the deliverance is given by #prophecy. #IHaveChosen brings the #Deliverance of #Judah out from the #HeathenNations and the power of the #Idols cannot stop this.
