Knowing that there is no unjust crime, but would show their sins as proven. In addition, it would show Gods own forgiveness and mercy to bring them back into right standing with him after the seventy years are finished.

Overall #Isaiah has thoroughly covered not only Judah but many #prophecies and details of the #Jewishnation. The #sovereignty of #Jehovah and the #covenant he had with Israel, here both #Israel the #northerntribes and #Judah the southern tribe had met the #judgmentofGod because of their #sins.
