I Chose Jesurun changes our focus in Isaiah's Prophetic book part 127. There is no doubt the sovereignty of God had a loving hand of guidance over the people. Here I chose Jesurun is mentioned along with Jacob and Israel. This all presents a picture to us as the people are given hope. Hope that weighs not on the people to figure out how it will work. But hope that ensures that God will do as he says. It is His work, His promise, His mercy, and He will do as he says.

I Chose Jesurun is combined with Jacob my servant and Israel whom I have chosen. This section follows the prophecies of the punishment of #Judah amidst their sins and failure to repent. We find the light of the morning seemingly lighting up the troubled #Jacob with the promises to come. The Babylonian captivity and its #prophecy is behind #Israel now. What is ahead are promises, blessings, and the supply of the #SpiritofGod to ensure the survival of #Godschosen and their seed. Using many #prophetic phrases and terms to relate this blessing we find the #mercy and #blessing combining to bring forth the #Light into the night of previous despair. #IChoseJesurun as I did Jacob and Israel.
