King of Israel, the power of the LORD God is found in history for instance with his dealings with Egypt and Pharoah. Also, with calling Cyrus whom the pagan king did not know. All of it reveals the many faceted powers of the Lord God and his righteousness among the nations of men which meet in opposition to the will of the LORD which is to be completed despite men and nations.  In these end of days, pompous nations, leaders, and the people themselves stand up proudly to defy this God. Yet shall they be ashamed.

The King of Israel, Jehovah is overall agencies and powers. On earth, in the earth, beneath the earth and all things bow before him. The focus of the Lord is upon Israel here.
