My Righteousness and the Governor of the Nations part 12 bring some other details when looking at Judgment and guiding nations. While there is allowance for man to make his choice as to whom or what he will do, make sure all souls of men will answer to the Lord for what they have done in this body.  As well, the nation's themselves, those who lead them, and the laws they make will be in subjection to the judgment of God on that last great day. But the worthy note is Gods righteousness, mercy, and grace towards all people in these ends of days in that atonement has been made for all who will receive and believe.
