Aerez Batat is a metaphysicist, and author and a consciousness researcher. Trained as a software engineer, Batat decided to quit a 20-year high-tech career and a successful job at a fortune-500 company in order to research how cannabis impacts our conscious perception of reality. Batat is the author of IT’S ABOUT TIME, which describes how changes in our perception of time impact our memory, our imagination, our thought patterns – and virtually all other conscious phenomena. He currently lives in Israel, where he co-leads the Israeli Institute for Science and Consciousness and continues his research.
