Le Ann Finger is the Director of Player Development for the EWGA (Executive Women’s Golf Association) located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She manages the current golf education offerings to more than 14,000 EWGA members in 120 Chapters nationwide and communicates game improvement offerings to EWGA members. Key initiatives Le Ann manages includes the EWGA Grads to Golf program, the Golf Course Network and the EWGA Par 3 Challenge in addition to writing a weekly blog in the member electronic newsletter, Connections. With more than 20 years of experience in the golf industry, Le Ann has an extensive background in golf administration, golf operations as well serving as a liaison with allied golf associations for many years.
