“Committed to growing the game of golf and the people who play it…” A golf professional for over thirty years, Patti's career has covered the broadest spectrum of roles and responsibilities starting with playing competitively for over forty-five years as well as working in the industry for over thirty. A PGA/LPGA Class A Professional, Patti has had the privilege of serving many fine facilities and being mentored by top Professionals including Assistant Professional to Craig Harmon at Oak Hill Country Club. Serving as Dir. of Instruction for The Meadows at GVSU for seven years beginning with its opening in 1992, Patti started the women’s golf program at Grand Valley State University. Additionally, she served on the NCAA Golf Championship Committee, and began the now long tradition of hosting NCAA National Championships at The Meadows. Patti has taught an NCAA National Champion, 8 high school state champions, over 50 Super Team players and the captains of Duke, Wake Forest, Northwestern, Hope, GVSU, Ferris, Findley, and Calvin golf teams. Golf Digest ranked her among the 50 Best Women Teachers in America.
