Jesus was not an afterthought of God  Isaiah 53

As we enter the Christmas season, we must first and for most remember that Jesus is the reason.  The whole bible the Old and the New points to Jesus even before His birth. God knew man would fall and we would need redemption before the world was formed and Jesus was included in His Master Plan as Savior of the world.  Jesus was not an after thought of God and was with Him before the foundation of the world. 

Genesis 1 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. Here we see the trinity at work in creation. Not an afterthought but a part of God Master before the foundation of the world.

In the beginning was the Word, and  Word was with God, and the Word was God John 1:1
