Paul From Sinner to Saint II

Welcome back to the show tonight. It is probably not a surprise to the people who know Wild Bill that he picked the song to start our show tonight.  Guess we will have to see if this has anything to do with our bible study.  We are at Part II of Paul from Sinner to Saint.  Thanks for the feedback from our bible scholors.  They pointed out that it is more correct to say from Saul to Paul.  We can see the point you are trying to make.  But in truth of fact, he was always Saul and Paul due to his dual citizenship.  One thing we can promise you.  This teacher is going to give you more details on this subject over the next few weeks then you would ever think possible.  This teacher is teaching from the bible in a public university setting.  I can promise he paints a picture better in some ways then you get when hearing a sermon or a Sunday school lesson.  With that being said we do not always agree with everything that he shares but it does get you to thinking outside of the box.  This teacher believes that the bible is based in history, geography, and is the inspired word of GOD.  He has studied other old historical writings for time line study into the people of the time.  If you would like to make a comment or ask a question at the end of the lesson on this topic.  Just push the number 1 on your phone and you will be identified by the last four digits of your phone number when we place you on the air.  Remember this is a family show.
