The Cosmic Citizen

This week we FINALLY continue our reading of Urantia Paper 11, The Eternal Isle of Paradise, with a study of section 7. Space Functions of Paradise. Section 7 of Paper 11 in The Urantia Book discusses the relationship between Paradise and space, including: Paradise and Space: Paradise does not interact directly with space. Instead, it is surrounded by quiescent midspace zones that separate pervaded (universe) space from unpervaded (reservoir) space. Midspace Zones: These zones act as buffers and grow larger with distance from Paradise, eventually encompassing all space. Space Structure: The vertical cross-section of total space resembles a Maltese cross, with horizontal arms representing pervaded space and vertical arms representing unpervaded space. Nature of Space: Space is considered a bestowal from Paradise and is pervaded by the ancestral space potency of the Unqualified Absolute, extending outward from Paradise through various space levels. Paradise is the original non-spiritual expression of the First Source and Center and is created of a substance found nowhere else in the universe.
