Today I am speaking with Joanna Barclay, President of TLC Foundation, a company of certified professional facilitators and culture change consultants, helping leaders build high performing, values-driven organizations.  Having graduated from the University of Ottawa with an Honors BA in Management of Information Systems, she has studied widely in the areas of organizational development, facilitation, leadership and learning. She has earned her certificate in Organization Development from the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science, is a Certified Cultural Assessment & Transformation Consultant with the Barrett Values Center, an International Association of Facilitators Certified Professional Facilitator, an Institute of Cultural Affairs Certified Technology of Participation Facilitator, and is a certified level 2 Personal Strengths Consultant.  Joanna works with clients in areas of cultural transformation, strategic planning, organizational change, leadership development, team building and training.
