On today's show I am speaking with Dr. Jose Sandoval, a Florida licensed psychologist and Holistic Health Practitioner.   He is Board Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.  As the Chief Executive Officer at Full of Radiance, his goal is to enhance your quality of life and not simply to reduce your level of distress.   He believes that everyone has the inner resources to manage life’s challenges and can learn how to thrive, achieve balance and experience more bliss in their life.  After being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2005 and choosing to pursue a holistic approach to treatment, he has completed several half marathons and the 2011 ING marathon.  He believes in an integrative approach to mind and body health challenges and specializes in treating anxiety, depression, eating, and digestive disorders as well as auto immune conditions.  He is the author of "How benefit finding leads to improved outcomes in Prostate Cancer."
