Audrey Schnell has always felt a connection to a universal force and has always wanted to help people.  So naturally, wanting to listen to people’s stories ad feel what they were saying, she chose clinical psychology as a profession.  Having struggled with major depression since adolescence, Audrey realized emotional pain was as limiting as physical pain.  Coaching and support helped her to shift her mindset and now her goal is to help others do the same.
