S3-E27 The Hypocrites Hand-Guide For Dummies

    in Education

Max is back, +1. If you know you know. This week we're calling out the blatant hypocrisy of US elected officials. Frankly, we're sick and tired of it. It's the same old song over and over. Everything is called slavery BUT slavery. A red herring to chase. While they rename and redefine everything from covid isolation to roe v wade as "Slavery", they are actually practicing real slavery on you and me. Us and ours. Then, to put the crit in hypocrite, they have the audacity to point fingers at other nations doing far less than what merica is doing right now. At this moment in history, the US is in violation of multiple international treatise simply by having ANY exception for ANY reason that allows enslavement within their federal and state constitutions. Article 4 of The Declaration of Human Rights doesn't say; "No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms." (Except for merica who can use it as a punishment for crime whereof the party has been duly convicted) It's a crime against humanity that is in practice across this nation every day within a for-profit prison industry and a criminal justice system that acts as a revenue generator.  The next time you hear these unholy hypocrites talk about prison labor in China or assassinations of journalists, remember you live in the country with the largest prison population on earth. Where police turned slave-catchers have killed enough people in one decade to fill every seat in Yankee Stadium with dead bodies. "There comes a time when it is best that the worse should be made known" – Frederick Douglass We'll have incredible music, and bring the voices of the ancestors back to life for a new generation.

Our Families, Our Future (Part 12) "The Psychology of Sexuality" (P. 3)

    in Education

“So, when you give the natural life “artificiality” imposed upon that natural life; a life that is really strange to the natural life; a life that is not real when you look at what is natural life, what happens? The behavior register in that life is confused. You confuse the behavior register and it becomes so confused that it sends you into extremes to get rid of the problem. The nature to register what is going on and to know what the external influence is asking of the natural system inside you becomes confused and it sends your spirit and your behavior to extremes." Raja Marhaba (The Jonathan Foundation) on We Deserve Better - Dorrin Rosenfeld

    in Education

There has been an emergency change in speakers tonight! See description below!!
In this country, we have a broken Special Education System. Raja Marhaba created the Jonathan Foundation (TheJonathanFoundation.org) to help families in need of Special Education Resources. In spite of many educators trying to help, there are many families that attend Individual Educational Plan (IEP) meetings and do not know their rights nor do they understand the assessment process. Tthe Jonathan Foundation is a bridge between the education process and the families that are attempting to navigate it on their own.
Just because many families have a loved one in the system, there is no guarantee they know how best to help. They often do not know their own rights, nor do they understand how these rights apply to their individual circumstances. To help people locate the help they need, the Jonathan Foundation has a Psychoeducational Assessment Scholarship Program. This program provides private assessments that are administered by highly qualified assessors.  As well as continuity among programs and administrators, this program offers advocacy services for families needing guidance and support. The Jonathan Foundation provides various resources that place the families on the right path.
