HiMSS13 Countdown: Rob Lamberts, MD

On the Wednesday, February 27th 2013 broadcast at 11AM ET/8AM PT our special guest is Rob Lamberts, MD, aka @doc_rob on Twitter, who blogs at: 'Musings of a Distractible Mind: Thoughts of an odd, but not harmful primary care physician', and who recently posted on at The Health Care Blog: 'Death of an Evangelist' which is getting considerable attention in the blog-o-sphere and beyond.

Considering we're on final approach to HiMSS 2013 in New Orleans, and given Dr. Lambert's early commitment to and labored  experience with EMRs, we thought it timely to dive a little deeper into his experience in crafting the blog post.

Further Dr. Lamberts will be presenting at HiMSS on the subject of ACOs, so we'll also get to hear his thoughts on the intersection of ACOs with the direct medical practice world - a transition that is in the midst of as we speak. This will be an interested conversation.
