Tonight's incredible special guest is Dr. Albert Yu from Omeros here to talk about their Phase II clinical trial with OMS824 a PDE10 inhibitor for Huntington's disease. Phase II is for tolerability, safety and pharmacokinetics. Omeros is looking for 120 patients with Huntington's disease who will be randomized to receive placebo or one of three doses of OMS824 for the treatment of cognitive impairment.
