Many of us have been hunted by our past and the decisions we made. Some of us shy away from discussing our past because of the guit, shame or condemnation behind it. Truthfully, that was me for sure. I would admit it wasn't easy to digest and sometimes it still may pinch me a little, but I don't allow it to cripple me. In this episode we're going to talk about letting go so you can grow in 2021.
