At the lower levels, like most of the workers for the United Nations and the global, national and state "health" agencies, those workers mostly believe they are serving humanity, and have no idea who and what they are actually working for. At higher levels, money and power are the motivating factors. Higher still are those knowingly involved in a Satanic program that includes "population reduction," also known as the mass murder of billions of people.
