Rising Tennis Star JACK SOCK

Jack Sock, confirmed to compete in the BB&T Atlanta Open this July 20-28, 2013. Jack has a unique story in that he underwent surgery last year due to a torn abdominal muscle. He played for one month with the injury before an MRI discovered the tear. Following his recovery (roughly 3 months duration), Sock won the U.S. Open mixed doubles with his partner, Melanie Oudin (from Marietta, GA) and most recently won his French Open debut before being defeated just before the 3 round. He is quickly making a name for himself and will hopefully continue to do so at the BB&T Atlanta Open this July.  www.bbtatlantaopen.com
