Please join us and our guest, Machiel Klerk, for a show on How Dreams Can Help with Personal Development. During the interview, Machiel will discuss his book, Dream Guidance: Connecting to the Soul Through Dream Incubation. Machiel says that although everyone dreams, most people don’t know that their dreams can be used for personal development. He provides practical information on how to create the life you want by cultivating a relationship with your own dreams—by taking the guidance you receive from your subconscious. The key is to ask the right questions, keep your mind open, and your dreams will  provide the answers. Machiel will discuss such topics as how to work with your dreams; interpreting your dreams’ personal messages to be more fulfilled; using dreams for personal development; the creative healing power of dreams; and improving your life as a result of working with your dreams.

Machiel is a licensed therapist, dream expert, author, and award-winning social entrepreneur who aspires to provide people the opportunity to connect to their own purpose and soul. He combines his passion for a social mission with a grounded business approach. Responding to a vivid night-time dream he once had, Machiel created the Jung Society of Utah, and then the highly successful organization Jung Platform. He was acknowledged in Catalyst magazine’s ‘Catalyst 100’, an exclusive listing of 100 people who have made Salt Lake City a more compassionate and vibrant place to live. For “making a measurable difference in the lives of Utahns through innovation, collaboration and commitment to the common good,” the Community Foundation of Utah recognized Machiel as one of the Enlightened 50, “a visionary who brings deeply impactful and highly accessible depth psychology education to Utahns.”
