When it comes to self care many individuals have told me that they was told that they was being self-fish, self centered and everything was all about them. There is so much confusion when it comes to the term self care. However, what many fail to realize is how important self care is. I believe that many individuals don't do it enough and in most cases it is because many individuals do not know how to take care of themself.

Self-care is important for your physical, mental health and relationships with others. We have watch others take care of individuals as a child yet often losing themselfs or becoming angry with themself and others as their needs were often neglected. This however became a learned behavior for many and has become a common factor as it relates to stress, depression, other mental health or medical related issues, failed and toxic relationships as co-dependency issues can mask itself in many ways.

Self- Care can be fun. It involves actively setting intentions for yourself, being honest with yourself and others about your needs, desires, fears and dreams. Let's practice self-care. It will give you the energy to help not only yourself but also to help others. And it will often strengthen relationships.

Self Care is suppose to be simple yet can also be complicated for others as it takes action and self respect.

Join myself and others as we discuss this important topic so that we can stop neglecting our self as we put others before ourself. We will be providing tools and techniques in an effort to bring a sense of awareness to learn how living for ourself effects everyone around us

All callers are welcome.
