Parenting Adult Chidren

The years fly by when it comes to watching your children grow. One minute you are bringing them home as a newborn. Next they are eating all of your food and telling you what to do. Then they become 18. And if you raised them in a church environment, what is your new role? Many have raised their children to build a relationship with God only to have your children keeping you on your knees. Many look at Proverbs 22:6 as a promise from God that right parenting will produce children who will keep their faith. Is this happening in your life with your adult child?

Many parents are struggling with their role as the bible says that children should obey and submit to their parents. when they become an adult does that still apply? Many young adults are doing well. Yet there are those with entitlement issues, afraid to leave the nest, struggling with being responsible and now want to make their parents life a mess.
