Enmeshed Families

Is it possible that one can love their family members too much? Do you have family members that are too messy or always in your business?With the holidays approaching how do you deal with an enmeshed family or family members? 
Enmeshment is a description of a relationship between two or more people in which personal boundaries are permeable and unclear. This often happens on an emotional level in which two people feel each other's emotion or when when one person becomes emotionally escalated and the other family members does as well.
