Ending Childhood Sexual Trauma

Childhood sexual abuse is one of the most stimatized issues in our society. It happens to children all over the world. It is recognized as a violation of basic human rights. It is a serious public health concern. It is also connected to Human Sex Trafficking. The abuse can happen to both females as well as males. In most cases the perpetrator is know by the victim. The perpetrator could also be a parent or close relative that the child trust. 

Today's show is designed to provide information to end childhood sexual trauma. Information will be provided to reduce the stigma that the victim endure. It will also provide information regarding the effects, warning signs, prevention and legal issues. Victims and survivors will also share with others to help individual heal as well as provide information and hope. We must end the silence. There are many individuals that are struggling with mental health issues, substance abuse issues and well as relationship issues as a result of childhood sexual trauma.
