With all that is going on today it can be very diffficult for many individuals to avoid being an emotional wreck. An emotional wreck is the state of mind or conscience where all of one's emotions are tangled into one big ball of mess. Symptoms can include feeling confused, with tangled ideas regarding who or what to be angry or sad at or about.
