Stress is something that causes a state of strain or tension. The stress could be related to something that could be potentially fun, make one happy or provide a gain in one's life. The stress could also be related to something negative or tragic causng sorrow or pain. When it is related to a relationship the stress can however be emotional and long suffering as such can place a tremendous burden on a relationship. Men and women may react to stress differently. Children and even animals experience stress. With all that is going on in our world today managing stress is a skill that can be shared with many as such could be beneficial. An individual may be interested in managing their stress, reducing their stress or perhaps deleting the current stress all together.
Join myself and others as the show is designed to provide information as it relates to managing stressors. One must first identify the stressor as well as be willing to do something about it. Somethings may be out of one's control however worrying can affect one's body. Long term stress can also lead to health conditions if not taken care of or managed appropriately.
